CFA’s HS aged tryouts Nov 16th

CFA will be holding its tryouts for three teams Sunday, November 16th, from 11-1 pm out at Corvallis High School Turf field (tentative).  The u17 boys Finale (birthdate between 8-1-91 to 7-31-92), u16 girls Pulse (8-1-92 to 7-31-93) and u16 boys Real (8-1-92 to 7-31-93). 
 
In order to tryout ALL will need to bring the following:  a NOTARIZED medical release, a tryout registration and the $50 tryout fee.  If you did not play for a CFA team last year, you will also need to bring a copy of your child’s birth certificate.  All forms can be downloaded from the CFA website (corvallissoccer.com) under the “Application Forms” tab on the left tool bar.

If you have already filled out the tryout information and paid your fee, it is not necessary to do it again, though it is necessary to attend this tryout as well.
