There are currently openings on the Corvallis Football Academy Board of
Directors. The Board is a great way to get involved in the Club and all
interested parties are welcome. No experience necessary! For more
information please contact Board President, Robin Kassman, via the Club
office.

U-12 Girls Tryouts

Tryouts for the Girls U-12 team is scheduled for 10am to 12 noon on May 6th at Crystal Lake Sports Park.

Please bring the following:

1. Completed Tryout registration form for each child
   
2. $50 tryout fee
   • 100% of which goes to the CFA Scholarship fund.
   • The fee can be waived be filling out the Scholarship form.
3. Youth’s birth certificate
4. Youth’s proof of health/accident insurance
   • We will also have a Notary at tryouts so you can fill out a new Medical Release form at the field.

Practices for U-12 Girls will start Wednesday May 9th 4:00-5:30pm at Crystal Lake Sports Park.

CFA Spring Break Soccer Camp

Andrew Donaldson, Dave Ellis, and other staff will coach players ages 8-18; grouped based on age and ability. The morning session will focus on technical, tactical, and physical training. The afternoon session will focus on small sided games. All Players will receive a CFA t-shirt.

Monday March 26th - Friday March 30th
11:00am to 3:00pm
Corvallis High School Turf Field

Daily Schedule
11:00am to 12:30pm Technical training
12:30pm to 1:15pm Lunch (Bring your own)
1:15pm to 3:00pm Small sided games

Registration & Fees
CFA players contact your manager and you will be billed. Cost for CFA Players is $100.*

Non-CFA players fill out an Application Form and mail it, along with a check for $125,* to:
