Tryouts for High School U15 to 19 age groups will be held on Aug 7 & Aug 8 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm at the Crystal Lake Sports Complex.

Each player must be accompanied by a parent, if they are under 18, and should bring the following forms:

• Tryout Application
  • PDF is available in “Join Us” section under application forms
• Medical Release Form & Proof of Medical Insurance
  • PDF is available in “Join Us” section under application forms
• Scholarship Application (if necessary)
  • PDF is available in “Join Us” section under application forms
